Why do I need a Realtor?
Buying a home may be the most important financial decision you make in a lifetime so why would you trust that decision to just "anyone"? The expertise level that is provided by TEAM BETOLATTI, LLC and Village Realty will aim to make this a seamless process. We consider ourselves "educators" as our goal is to educate and inform you every step of your home buying purchase.
Using a REALTOR, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are in qualified hands. Also, Realtors must adhere to a higher standard and follow a code of ethics.
When you go to a doctor, do you not feel better knowing that the doctor is a member of a board and must follow regulations? This is no different with a Realtor.
An experienced Realtor will also walk you through the proper home buying steps and educate you as to what they are.
The first step in the home purchase process is ensuring that you qualify. In today's market, it is imperative that you have a prequalification or pre approval in hand . Ideally, you will want to go through the direct underwriting process even before beginning your search as this will ensure that if any snags are found, they can be dealt with on the front end.
Call lender and learn about the different available programs. This step will also require a credit check and an application where details about your debt and income are disclosed. Ask lender for a fee sheet and ideally, follow the same process with two or three lenders in order to compare apples to apples. Once the lender has given you a number based on what you want your monthly mortgage to be and your qualification, we can set you up on a search.
We will set you up on your search. The search will email you automatically when homes based on your criteria are listed or a change in price occurs. Homes are moving fast so the moment a home you are interested in appears, call us ASAP and we will set up a viewing.
Once we have identified the home you want, we will write the offer, negotiate and guide you through every step from contract to closing.
